Clinical Background
Tina Logan has over two decades of clinical experience working with individuals managing trauma, depression, ADHD, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. Her training includes cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-social assessment, DSM diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. She has conducted clinical work across foster care, community mental health, and private practice settings.
ESA Evaluation Approach
An ESA evaluation is a clinical assessment, not a rubber stamp. Every evaluation I conduct begins with a thorough review of the patient's mental health history and current symptoms. I assess whether the patient has a qualifying DSM-5 condition and whether the presence of an emotional support animal is clinically appropriate as part of their treatment plan. I issue letters only when the clinical evidence supports it.
